I have spent the last decade and more shaping myself into the best mother bear I can be. It is a lifelong process for sure, and I’m immensely grateful for how far I’ve come.

I have:
  • Taken extensive courses in wilderness first response
  • Trained with the best instructors in tactical skills and self defense
  • Put my skills to the test with frequent off-grid camping: alone and with my husband
  • Hiked weekly - everywhere from the neighborhood trail to the rugged backcountry

But most importantly, I completely transformed myself from being a highly anxious new mother into a confident and calm wild mother bear.

I shifted myself from worrying about all the unknowns that we could encounter on the trail to feeling confident in my ability to respond to myself or my kids with first aid, defend us against unpredictable predators, and navigate us through spontaneous challenging situations.

I learned how to differentiate between a message from my gut intuition and my anxiety acting up.

I learned how to ground myself, regulate my nervous system, and walk myself through the unknown so I could re-pattern and root myself in confidence instead of fear.

I learned how to manage daily public outings with my growing children without being paranoid about safety. Instead, I trust in myself and more importantly, I trust in my children’s understanding of safe choices in public.

I learned how to actually have fun with my kids in the wild (which is the key to magical childhood memories if you ask me).

Collectively, my favorite transformation from the past 10 years is how I rose to confidence through feeling beautiful, fashionable, smart, worthy of all the great things. I finally made the choice to take up space in this world, appreciate compliments, and receive heartfelt thanks from those that I’ve helped, instead of keeping myself small and nervous.

It is my passion and my purpose to bring all of this and more to YOU.

Let me help you on your journey back to your radiant confidence.
Let me help you feel safe, knowledgeable, and ready to respond to any spontaneous situation.
Let me help you approach public safety protocols with your children.
And so much more...

We’re in this together, Mama.

Let’s get to work.
